I am a freelance Sports Journalist and a Fitness/Football blogger. I am also an advocate for child development through Sports and Education. I decided to focus on sports journalism because I have always been interested in knowing the person behind the athlete. In order for me to be productive, I lead a healthy lifestyle, this also enables me walk my talk and also impact the knowledge I live by. I started my journalism career as an intern at Cosmopolitan magazine, I then went on to do social media management for Netball South Africa through a company called MIXONO. Following that, I was nominated for Gsport for Girls awards in 2015 in the category of Women in Social Media. I also spent 2 years doing graphics for live Premier Soccer League productions at SuperSport TV through a company called AE graphics. My passion continues to open a lot of doors for me, and as I grow in the industry I wish to grow with as many young people from previously disadvantaged areas as I possible can.
